ReclaimHER is not traditional divorce coaching. While many programs focus on financial rights, legal jargon, and expensive third-party advocacy, we blend healing and strategy together—because you cannot afford to parcel them out.
I’m Caroline Fithen — a survivor, a mother, and a former therapist. I bring both professional clinical experience and lived reality into this space. I know firsthand how overwhelming the system can be, how costly it is to “advocate” through attorneys and evaluators, and how much time gets lost in the chaos. Instead, I help you cut through it quickly, outline the crucial decisions that matter most, and build the network of support necessary to move forward safely.
Here, you gain more than legal strategy. You gain personal insight, tools to protect your children, and guidance that honors your healing while you plan your next chapter. I’ve sat with women afraid to lose everything they built, and women who tolerated harm for years while dimming their own light. I’ve also walked with women determined to reclaim joy, creativity, and safety for themselves and their kids.
At ReclaimHER, we believe marriage should never come before personal autonomy or the needs of children. Every woman and child deserves safe spaces to breathe, create, and experience life’s beauty—free from coercion, silence, and fear. This is the refuge for women who are ready to step out of survival and into dignity, strategy, and healing.
